Information:
Herbal Latte is herbal tea that will satisfy your coffee cravings without any worries about the caffeine jitters. This herbal blend may offer digestive support by combining the traditional uses of chicory, dandelion and carob.
Chicory has been traditionally used to support digestive health. It contains inulin, a type of soluble fiber that acts as a prebiotic, promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut. This can contribute to a healthy digestive system.
Dandelion leaves and carob have been used in holistic practices to sooth minor digestive ailments like upset stomach, heart burn, and constipation.
The combination of these herbs creates a synergistic effect where the unique qualities of each herb enhance and complement the others.

Hot Brewing Method
Hot Brewing Method
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea in 8oz / 237ml cup
Pour the boiling water into cup, cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
Iced Tea Pitcher
Iced Tea Pitcher
Place 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 1¼ cups/315ml over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Quarter fills a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the tea. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to increase the strength of hot brew since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water.
