Information:
This tea has a very exotic flavour profile. The delicious blend of lemon and mango flavours combined with the natural flavours and tartness of the various dried fruits create a summertime cooler or a wintertime summer reminder.
Fruity Duty was inspired by the refreshing character of lemon and the sweet tropical notes of mango. It is a delightful combination. Add some sugar to highlight the flavours - you will be rewarded with a cup of enchantment. This tea iced is simply wonderful - one of our favourites!
For a summer time drink Fruity Duty is hard to beat. It is refreshing and thirst quenching and not overly sweet.

Hot Brewing Method
Hot Brewing Method
Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea in 8oz / 237ml cup
Pour the boiling water into cup, cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
Iced Tea Pitcher
Iced Tea Pitcher
Place 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 1¼ cups/315ml over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Quarter fills a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the tea. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to increase the strength of hot brew since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water.
